Dear Members and Friends of SwissCham,

While China continues its path as a global growth engine for many foreign enterprises, a lot of them are concerned about smooth collection of outstanding receivables. On the other hand, as a basis for success in China, foreign enterprises have built up long-term customer relationships in China over the past. So how to improve A/R collection without jeopardizing such relationships?

In this session, Mr. Eric Yang (VP Finance Controlling with Bosch in Shanghai) will share with us insights how the A/R collection can be improved while respecting long-term customer relationships. How to prepare a smooth A/R collection already with the order intake? Which processes to install, which people to involve? How to segment customers and how to set personal KPIs by function? Which measures work, which do not work?

Best Regards,

Your SwissCham Team
